If you are planning on enjoying a thriving vegetable or flower garden this summer,
you've probably already ordered seeds and added compost to your soil. The same preparation is needed for those of us hoping to accomplish a new walking goal in the upcoming months. No, you don't need to plant seedlings to cross the finish line, but you do need to train! Here at WOW, we've been listening to your feedback and have created multiple training programs to fit our walkers varied needs. Please note the
Speed / Racewalk Clinic highlighted below, and be sure to check out our Training Programs page on the website!
Check it out, let us know what you think, send us your suggestions/feedback!
