Mid April is upon us, many of us are waiting for Spring blooms, consecutively sunny days, and cobalt blue skies to signal the real passing of Winter. As a society, we are in a time of transition and hardship for many. When it seems as though you are loosing control, take control of what you can. Yourself. How are you taking care of yourself? One of the easiest ways is to take a walk. You decide if, when, where, how long, alone or with others. Need more motivation? Call your friends. Join a club. This is a great way to meet new friends while walking and talking. Set a goal to walk in a local upcoming event.
