One of the Pacific Northwest’s foremost experts on walking, master race walker, Judy Heller is a wellness/fitness and walking coach who has trained thousands of people and organized some of the region’s best respected recreational and competitive walking events. Judy is a recognized fitness expert being quoted in Prevention; Weight Watchers; Family Circle; Fitness; Shape; Body, Mind, and Soul; and Woman’s Day magazines.
Your coach, Judy Heller, is a published author, speaker, professional coach, instructor and trainer with a clinical background. Heller's knowledge comes from her extensive roles as coach, trainer, a clinical walking expert with 30 years of medical laboratory experience .
She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer
