"I appreciated your attention to detail. You made sure that we were isolating and using the correct muscles for each exercise that you taught us. That has never happened in any other classes that I have taken. You have an amazing knowledge of how the body works and what affects each area. You know what is safe movement and what can cause problems. Judy, you were also very responsive to each person's physical weaknesses and past injuries. You could give alternative exercises and/or tell people when to pass on an exercise. I also appreciated how you put together the broader view of taking the strengthening exercise and educating us as to how it effected the walking.
