Dear Friends,

WOW celebrates and promotes walking …. for all the reasons we like it…..fun, fitness, challenge, relaxation, recreation, wellness.

We are embarking upon our third year of promoting WALK ONLY events for the continuum of walkers: social, health, fitness, speed, racewalk, Nordic.
For 2006 the Willamette Valley Relay, Sisters Stride into Autumn and Pumpkin Caper dates are confirmed. Early team registrations for WVR are ahead of last year. Please continue to spread the word.

Be sure to check out the new WOW video, including scenes from and interviews of WVR 2005 and Sisters Stride participants.

Look below for additional group walks and trainings available through the Wonders of Walking Walk Club, hosted by REI.

I wish for you a year of sunshine, warmth, laughter, health and fun!
