Is your team ready to take the next step to Relay Team Coaching?

Are you participating in a relay walk for fun, fitness or competition?

Wonders of Walking individual and team training programs can help you achieve your goal. You can improve your time and enjoyment with specific relay walk coaching.

TEAM Training Programs 
WOW offers Four programs for developing a successful and fun relay walk experience. Which one is right for you?

Basic

One-Hour Session - For TEAMS interested in basic efficient walking technique; avoiding injuries; stretching; being mentally & physically prepared; what to eat & wear. Finish feeling good, uninjuried with great memories of a fun event.

Intermediate     

Three One-Hour Sessions - For TEAMS that want to learn faster walking  technique; mileage base building; PTC training techniques; includes Basic Program agenda.If you team has time goals, considere intermediate training for better walking and fun.

Racewalk

Three One-Hour Sessions - For TEAMS who have completed the Technical Program and are interested in racewalk training for faster times; workout schedules; track & road workouts.
The fsster teams seen in relays are using the racewalk technique as they glide along.

"Orphans"

Single One-Hour Session - For INDIVIDUAL team members, this follows the Basic Program agenda.
