Learn to walk better, faster, and without injury. Walk training for 10k, 5k, and Half events takes place bi-monthly on Sundays from 2:00 - 3:30 PM. Meet at US Grant Track, located at NE 33rd Avenue and US Grant Place in Portland, OR. Train with Others Group training to walk is more effective than training alone.
