Speed Walking

Technique Critique - New Location Fernhill Track
This monthly mini-class offers brief, verbal critique of your racewalk / walk technique with fellow walkers. Find out about our next class on July 21.

Nordic Ski Walking/Exerstriding
This class is for you if you are interested in learning more about Nordic Walking or improving your use of walking with poles. Register for this fun class scheduled for June 29th; 7:30 - 8:30 AM at the Salmon Fountain.
