Welcome to Wonders of Walking in Portland, Oregon

Happy New Year!

For over 10 years, WOW's focused walking programs offer effective training sessions targeting functional strength,conditioning, mobility, flexibility and over all wellness  for all levels of walkers / athletes - beginner to elite. Each workout is designed to target key areas of the body and, in many cases, from 'head to toe' 'inside and out' with a goal for vibrant active lifestyles filled with health, fitness and fun.

Walking is the vehicle to providing you with the resources to create a healthy body, sound mind and vibrant active habits for a lifetime. Walking is a big deal, because almost everyone can do it. It is easy, health promoting-and an exercise that is what you want it to be.  It can be a fun, age-defying activity; leisurely and high performance.
