Walking is the vehicle to providing you with the resources to create a healthy body, sound mind and vibrant active habits for a lifetime. Feel the fresh air soothe you. Walking is easy and healthy—and an exercise that is available to just about everyone.  For you, it can be a fun, age-defying activity that you can do with friends in your neighborhood or alone on a beach, leisurely or for competition.
