Welcome to Wonders of Walking in Portland, Oregon
For over 10 years, WOW's focused walking programs offer effective training sessions targeting functional strength,conditioning, mobility, flexibility and over all wellness for all levels of walkers / athletes - beginner to elite. Each workout is designed to target key areas of the body and, in many cases, from 'head to toe' 'inside and out' with a goal for vibrant active lifestyles filled with health, fitness and fun.

Join Anna for this unique adventure in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, 2 hours from Phoenix. It is like a girlfriends' getaway without any of the work. If you always wanted to do a race or just hang out with a bunch of fun women in a beautiful setting, this trip is for you! Your registration includes exclusive training program offered by WOW. Minimum of 10 registrations needed.
